Lynn Manganiello

Lynn is currently serving as our Credit Supervisor and is Assistant to Cindy Watson. Lynn is originally from Deer Park, Long Island, New York. She is the proud mom to her 5 year old son Brandon.

Lynn has extensive experience in the Finance industry, namely in Mortgage Banking. Upon graduation from College, she began her carreer in the Mortgage industry. She holds a Real Estate Sales License and is a Notary Public. With over 15 years experience in the Finance industry, Lynn has enjoyed working with such company's as db home lending, a division of Deutsche Bank.

When not busy at the office, she enjoys spending time with Brandon and traveling. Lynn also enjoys dancing, excercising, bike riding, snow skiing and shopping.

Dan Pace

Dan Pace is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of First Financial Leasing and Finance and has served the organization as same since its inception.
In his capacity as CFO and CEO, Dan oversees the everyday activities of all aspects of the company’s operation. His strength lies in marketing, portfolio maintenance and development, sales training and negotiations.
Prior to joining First Financial, Dan owned and operated several, successful Health and Fitness Centers in Florida and Pennsylvania. Throughout the years, Dan has developed and maintained relationships with many of the largest fitness equipment vendors in the United States including, LifeFitness, Star Trac and Precision Fitness to name a few. Additionally, First Financial is proud to be the sole equipment financing company for WaterOut, LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of water restoration equipment throughout the United States. Dan established this relationship with WaterOut at its inception and has formed an exclusive agreement to provide financing to its franchisees.
Upon graduating from college, Dan explored his avenues in the Mercantile Exchange as a commodities broker for nearly six years, before returning to his life long interest in the fitness industry.
Dan is a cycling enthusiast, recording more than two hundred miles weekly.

Gary Raffensberger

Gary was born in York, Pa. He is married to his beautiful wife, Caroline. Caroline is the store manager for Baby Gap at the Towne Center Mall in Boca Raton, Fl. They moved to Sunny South Florida (Fort Lauderdale) in 2001. They have two children, Derek and Jenna and a precious granddaughter named Kaylin. Derek is a Professional Golf Instructor in High Point, North Carolina at High Point Country Club (Willow Creek Golf Course). If you’re ever in the area let him know, and he will hook you up for a free round.
Gary has over 25 years of management experience in a variety of fields, which include, Production Management, Production Planning, and Branch Management. Some of the companies he has worked with were Hewlett Packard (Dallas, TX), Southwestern Bell (Chicago, IL), and Chrysler (Detroit, MI) He has taken numerous management courses at Penn State University (York, PA Campus). Currently he is our Branch Operations Manager. After only being employed with our company for five months, he has already made himself an asset to the company. He was also a major contributor to the renovation & construction of our new office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Gary has a variety of interest outside of the office he is an avid sports fan; go-ahead ask him a sports question. He loves to cook (for his non-cooking neighbors), and enjoys photography.

Luce Riascos currently leads the real estate and mortgage division of First Financial. She specializes in residential and commercial real estate and finance. Her areas of expertise are in bulk foreclosures (REO Portfolios), builder buyouts, notes, and commodities. She is a licensed real estate and mortgage broker with extensive knowledge of the industry. Ms. Riascos earned her business degree from the University of Miami in 2001 where she graduated with honors. As an undergrad, she worked as a legal assistant for the Edmund D. Edelman courthouse in Los Angeles, California . She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and the Humane Society. She is consistently intrigued by furthering her education in business and/or law.
Gravitating mainly to large cities, she has lived in New York, California, and recently a resident of Florida. Areas of personal interest include health, fitness, travel, and photography. In addition, she enjoys literature on business, law, and politics.

Amaray de la Rosa

Amaray de la Rosa has been with First Financial Leasing & Finance for the past year and a half. Her talents are many and she works closely with several of the departments within our organization. She is the personal assistant to Vice-President, Dan Pace, and is the sales and documentation department. She is also the director of our very successful Credit Advocate Program. In this capacity she works one-on-one with our clients that do not have credit scores high enough to meet our credit criteria. She has assisted these individuals in raising their scores by 20 to as much as 120 points. With her assistance these previously ineligible clients qualified for mortgages, unsecured loans and equipment leases, all at "A" credit rates.

Born in Cuba and raised in the United States, Amaray is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. She has traveled extensively throughout the United States and in over the past thirty years has called Philadelphia, Delaware, Texas, Arizona and Florida her home. Amaray is an avid reader and her personal interests include meditation and the arts. She is a student of Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing by using one's own "life force energy". Her other recreational interests are Sudoku, Crossword Puzzles, and other memory and trivia games.

Antoinette Setari

Antoinette Setari is Sr. Credit Analyst of First Financial Leasing and Finance. She joined our company in 2002. Previous to joining us, Antoinette was employed at Professional Leasing for 13 years where she began her equipment leasing career.
Her area of expertise is in equipment leasing and financing. She has worked in all areas of equipment leasing including documentation processing, credit, funding, vendor relations and customer relations.
Her responsibilities as Sr. Credit Analyst include working closely with Dan Pace, CFO, assisting him the analysis of large ticket (over $1 million) transactions. In addition, she is responsible for our LifeFitness Vendor Portfolio. In this capacity she works extensively with their nationwide sales team.
Antoinette’s hobbies include cooking, baking and relaxing in the Florida sunshine.

Nick Stern

Nick Stern was born in Melrose Park, Illinois in 1952. His life has been quite colorful and includes a variety of different personal accomplishments. Some of them include playing semi pro baseball in his late teens and early twenties. He then proceeded to become a member of the Screen Actor’s Guild. For most of his life, he has shared a unique and passionate commitment to health, nutrition and fitness. His current workouts still consist of a demanding five day a week schedule. One of his most memorable and commendable accomplishments was competing professionally in the sport of bodybuilding in the late 70’s and early 80’s acquiring the title of Mr. Goldcoast and taking second place in the Mr. Florida competition.
Nick’s financial and business accomplishments have been equally praiseworthy. He is an accomplished real estate broker for the past fifteen years. To completely master the art of real estate, he became a licensed mortgage broker in 1995. In 2001 he developed “Show & Sell Realty, Inc.,” a very reputable and successful real estate firm. To compliment and diversify, he expanded and developed “First Financial Wholesale Lending,” a division of the First Financial conglomerate. He currently handles the real estate division and is extremely seasoned, experienced and knowledgeable in all facets pertaining to real estate, finance, and business development.

Cindy Watson

Cindy Watson serves as the company’s National Finance Director. Cindy has been with First Financial Leasing & Finance since its inception. At the beginning Cindy, worked extensively in the equipment leasing division and has since moved on to the Finance Division. Having started in the equipment leasing division, Cindy understands the criteria requirements for leasing applicants and is very proficient in working with our clients to ensure that they meet these requirements.
As National Finance Director, Cindy works closely with the underwriting division and her main focus lies on maintaining customer relations with our extensive vendor portfolio.
Cindy attended Rio Grande College where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. She has continued her education in pursuit of her Masters’ Degree.
Cindy’s hobbies include walking South Florida’s beautiful beaches, volunteering at her community church, music trivia and is possibly the worlds biggest Elvis Fan.

Winnie Choi

My name is Winnie Choi. I born and raised in Hong Kong. I moved to South Florida in 1987 and I'm living in Broward County. I am married with a wonderful husband and have one child 7 years named Dylan. I speak two languages Chinese (Cantonese) and English. I graduated from Keiser University in2006 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. I am working at First Financial Leasing and Finance Company and I am an assistant to the Vice President, Dan Pace. I am responsible, reliable and an honest person. I will use all my skill and abilities to provide an outstanding customer service. Finally I want to say that I love and enjoy my life and hobbies which include swimming, cooking, bowling, shopping and music.
