• Information from SBA Applicant
• 3 Years Corporate Tax Returns – Complete with all schedules must include years return
• 3 Years Personal Tax Returns – Complete with all schedules must include last years return
• Year to Date Profit and Loss Statement with Balance Sheet
• Personal Financial Statement
• Proof of Liquidity
• Six (6) months bank statements (personal & Corporate accounts)
• Use of Proceeds
• Assignment of Life Insurance ($ million policy) – must be assigned prior to closing.
