  • 3 Years Corporate Tax Returns – Complete with all schedules must include years return
  • Year to Date Profit and Loss Statement with Balance Sheet
  • Rent Roll
  • Comparative Year to Date Statement(Example: Jan 2005 to May 2005 compared to Jan 2006 to May 2006)
  • Six (6) months bank statements
  • Information from Buyer (SBA Applicant)
  • 3 Years Personal Tax Returns – Complete with all schedules. Must include last year's return
  • Personal Financial Statement
  • Proof of Liquidity
  • Six (6) months bank statements (Personal & Corporate accounts)
  • Proforma – Business Plan to include three (3) years projections
  • References
  • Use of Proceeds
  • Assignment of Life Insurance ($ million policy) – must be assigned prior to closing
