- 3 Years Corporate Tax Returns – Complete with all schedules must include years return
- Year to Date Profit and Loss Statement with Balance Sheet
- Rent Roll
- Comparative Year to Date Statement(Example: Jan 2005 to May 2005 compared to Jan 2006 to May 2006)
- Six (6) months bank statements
- Information from Buyer (SBA Applicant)
- 3 Years Personal Tax Returns – Complete with all schedules. Must include last year's return
- Personal Financial Statement
- Proof of Liquidity
- Six (6) months bank statements (Personal & Corporate accounts)
- Proforma – Business Plan to include three (3) years projections
- References
- Use of Proceeds
- Assignment of Life Insurance ($ million policy) – must be assigned prior to closing
